My first in-studio Yoga class was in 2003 after a couple years of developing a home practice.

I focus on meeting students where they are, both in their practice and their life, so they can move through the world with more confidence and contentment.

I am a YogaWorks 500-hour trained teacher and my classes incorporate inspiration from the YogaWorks Method, Iyengar, and Ashtanga. My style of Yoga is a slow flow, vinyasa-based incorporating precise instruction, detailed alignment, breath and fluid movement while being steeped in yogic tradition. Classes are themed to deepen students’ experience of Yoga. All classes incorporate skillfully sequenced postures, as well as modifications and props to customize the practice for each student. Classes can be paced moderately to slow flow depending on the level of the class.

I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer (since 2006) and lead 200-hour certified yoga teacher trainings online.

The Yoga , HIIT classes and related trainings are based on my skills, education and experience in the related areas.
