In my family, sugary treats were a way to celebrate achievements, to soothe loneliness and boredom, and distract from the everyday stresses of life via sugar-infused emotional eating.

To overcome my own uncontrollable sugar habits, that lead to unhappy weight gain, sluggish energy and feeling bad about myself, I began studying the effects of sugar in 1995, and more importantly, how to overcome them.

I'm now a nutrition expert. Especially, when it comes to sugar cravings and healthy weight management.

In this workshop I share my findings with you, as well as the permanent solutions that have worked for me and my clients for decades.
